I am a carer and mum was on F14 for eight weeks earlier this year. She had just been discharged from another hospital and it was a discharge I was concerned about - so I drove her straight to Frimley and through ourselves on their mercy. Upon arrival and my anxiety and explanation of what was wrong, I was met with nothing but empathy. The A and E staff were fantastic and mum was taken to a cubicle - but bed described as a big room - doors instead of curtains - and this was the norm - made a huge difference to privacy - they admitted mum, got her eating and drinking again and eight weeks later sent her out to a nursing home. Three weeks later, mum was back in…. her time out of hospital saw her have a fall which put her back in the local hospital for two weeks - and once again they sent her out bed bound. I drove her straight back to Frimley who were shocked at seeing her back and all their hard work gone .. but they kept her again and put her back on her feet before sending her back to the nursing home. I cannot rate this hospital enough. The nursing staff were fab - I am quite sure that if I had not driven mum there that day, she would not be with us now…. so I thank them from the bottom of our hearts ..xx

If the Chief Executive has even a modicum of decency he will resign. My mother was treated with total distain throughout her stay. Administration was abysmal and they actually lost her twice. Medical team were polite but failed to follow patient and family requests. They even lost he notes....

My mother was admitted to Accident and Emergancy today. The treatment and care she received was excellent. We couldn't find any fault at all. All the staff were excellent, friendly, caring and treated my mother with respect. There were two volunteers who were amazingly kind and helpful. When a relative is poorly and you're anxious, receiving such kindness and care is wonderful. Thank you to all the amazing staff today. I already receive news and updates about Frimley Park thank you.

I had a 730am appointment at Day Surgical Unit 1. I was seen to promptly everything was explained and was taken through to a cubical which was spotlessly clean. My Consultant Lcol Okpala introduced himself and detailed what he intended to do. The staff in the theatre were professional and friendly - you weren't left out of any conversation or felt to be an outsider. My operation was painless and the results so far have been excellent. This is my first experience of Frimley Park and I can only give it and it's staff the highest commendation and my thanks.

My treatment was first class. Everybody was so helpful and the care was second to none and kept me informed all the time and the food was very good too.
